Mad Scientist

Infect other users with one of the three following: - Frenzy: makes user go insane & start attacking other players, infecting them in the process. - Blindness: makes the user go blind - Panic: makes user panic, losing health over time Note: there can only be 1 mad scientist per server, and there is a 1-hour cooldown per event.
