Terms of Service

Bloxed.gg ("the Platform") is operated by Opinify AB, a company registered in Sweden. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and features.

By accessing or using Bloxed.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account creation is available exclusively through Roblox sign-in, using Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 service. We do not offer email + password accounts on the public site, and we never see, receive, or store your Roblox password. Authentication is handled entirely by Roblox.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox account and for all activity that occurs under your Bloxed.gg account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate code votes, listings, trade reputation, or any other Platform feature is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Submit fake, misleading, or stolen game codes, promo codes, or item information. Submissions must reflect real, working codes.
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate Platform features (code votes, listings, trade reputation, comment ranking) through coordinated activity, multiple accounts, or any other means.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Platform staff.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape content or interact with the Platform without our written permission.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion. Restrictions may include muting (preventing new submissions), temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, and will include a recorded reason.

By submitting a trade ad, code submission, favorite, comment, or any other content to the Platform, you retain ownership of your content but grant Opinify AB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

You represent that any content you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, is your own original work where applicable, and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Submissions from newly registered accounts may be subject to moderation before publication.

We may use aggregated, anonymized activity data to improve the Platform and its features. Public content is displayed alongside your Roblox display name and avatar.

Information presented on the Platform, including game codes, promo codes, item values, ownership figures, trading data, music IDs, decal IDs, and other Roblox-derived statistics, is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. Data is not updated in real time. Some information refreshes within seconds or minutes; other information may take significantly longer to reflect changes upstream. Game codes can expire or become invalid without notice.

You use this information at your own risk. Where it matters, verify in-game before relying on it.

The Platform contains links to third-party websites, including Roblox (roblox.com) and various external resources. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party site.

Your interactions with third-party sites - including purchases, trades, and account creation - are solely between you and that site. Opinify AB is not a party to any transaction between you and a third-party site.

We strongly recommend reviewing the terms of service and privacy policy of any third-party site before engaging with it.

The Platform displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads are visually distinguishable from Platform content. Advertising does not influence the accuracy or selection of game codes, guides, item values, or other editorial content we publish.

We may earn revenue when you view or interact with advertisements. This is what keeps the Platform free for everyone - all content on Bloxed.gg is and will remain free to access.

If you consent to marketing cookies, Google may serve ads tailored to your interests. If you do not consent, Google will serve non-personalized ads instead. You can manage your Google ad preferences at https://adssettings.google.com.

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and all original content created by Opinify AB, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law or these Terms.

Roblox and its various marks and logos are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Bloxed.gg is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. All other third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, free of charge, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any game code, promo code, item value, ownership figure, guide, music ID, or other content available through the Platform. Game codes may expire or become invalid without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Opinify AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform, any transaction or interaction with a third-party site (including Roblox or any trading partner), unauthorized access to your account, loss of in-game items or Robux, scams or trades carried out on third-party sites, or any errors in game codes, item values, or other Platform content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater. Bloxed.gg is provided free of charge; in practice this cap is EUR 100 for the typical user.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opinify AB from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of Platform features, or conduct harmful to the Platform or its users.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and the applicable laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sweden.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit a dispute to the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
