How to redeem codes

To redeem codes in Pet Simulator 99, visit the Exclusive Shop in-game and scroll to the bottom until a green Redeem button appears. Press it, type or paste your code into the text field, and press Redeem again. As of Update 4, codes can only be redeemed on desktop devices - mobile redemption is not supported.

Pet Simulator 99 has no active public codes. BIG Games disbanded in early 2026 and development has fully ended. The only working codes are merch codes - one-time-use codes bundled with official BIG Games merchandise like plush toys and collectibles. Each merch code is single-use and tied to one account, so they cannot be shared or found online.

Historical code rewards included exclusive pets (Huge Axolotl, Huge Cat, Huge Dragon, Huge Ducky, Titanic Fire Dragon), Damage Potions, bags of Diamonds, and the Balloon Hoverboard. These code-exclusive pets are among the most valuable tradeable items because they can no longer be obtained through hatching. How do I redeem codes in Pet Simulator 99?

Visit the Exclusive Shop in-game, scroll to the bottom, and press the green Redeem button. Type your code and press Redeem again. Codes can only be redeemed on desktop devices as of Update 4.

Why isn't my Pet Simulator 99 code working?
