[INSTRUCTIONS] Visit Evoq Tower in downtown Pacifico (near Visitors Center, across the Hotel), walk to either of the elevators on the ground floor, and select a style. Make sure you do not currently have a home. Use the Sell Home button in your Home settings menu to move out.
