Anime Elementals is a deliberately difficult anime tower defense game on Roblox developed as a solo project by the _ Anime Games _ group, featuring an elemental system where matching unit elements to enemy types is essential for success. Launched in January 2026 and reaching version 1.0, it has gathered around 253K visits and 1.9K favorites with a 90.9% approval rating. With 11 active codes on a game less than three months old at that point, the developer maintained one of the more active code schedules for a solo project.

The game explicitly markets its higher difficulty as a feature, setting it apart from mainstream tower defense games where general units can handle any enemy. In Anime Elementals, units and enemies carry elemental affinities - fire, ice, earth, and others - and using the correct element against the right enemy type is a core mechanic rather than optional optimization. This forces players to build and manage a diverse roster rather than relying on a single powerful unit:
