Unlike traditional tower defense where units stand on a static grid, collected Rangers spawn at your base and actively march toward the enemy - blending placement strategy with real-time squad composition. The game accumulated over 760 million visits in just over a year with a 97.5% approval ratio from 582K votes, making it one of the fastest-growing games in the Roblox catalog. In April 2026 it underwent a full relaunch as Re:Rangers X at a new Roblox place, with all player progress transferred.

Players build squads of up to 6 Rangers - anime-inspired units divided into Support, DPS, and Rusher roles - and send them into auto-combat. The recommended meta composition is roughly 3-4 supports, 1 rusher, and 1-2 DPS units. Gems fuel the gacha summoning system while Gold handles leveling and upgrades:
