Anime Rifts

Anime Rifts is a multi-franchise action RPG on Roblox developed by EVERYTHING MUGEN, originally launched in January 2022 as DBZ Adventures Unleashed before expanding to cover Dragon Ball Z, Fairy Tail, Naruto, and other anime. The game has amassed 28.6 million visits and 114K favorites, with group members and Roblox Premium subscribers both receiving a permanent +20% EXP bonus stacked on top of any active boosts.

The core loop is built around grinding enemies in exploration zones to earn EXP, level your character, and collect the items that define your combat identity. Two random systems govern what your character becomes - consuming a Heart item grants a random Race that sets your base stats, while using an Arrow item assigns one of 41 available Movesets drawn from across the anime pool. There is no way to select a specific race or ability; every build is shaped by luck. The full set of progression systems includes:

• ⚔️ Race - character species obtained by consuming Heart items; determines base stat spread
• 💎 Moveset - one of 41 abilities from multiple anime, assigned randomly via Arrow items
• 🏆 Dragon Balls - 7 collectibles scattered across the world; gather all 7 to summon Shenron for wishes
• 🗺️ Armor - equipment dropped by bosses; Mythical tier is the endgame grind target, recently made 10% easier to obtain
• 🎭 Classes and Traits - a specialization and passive bonus system added in the most recent major patch

The Spec system adds a secondary ability layer on top of your primary moveset, further differentiating builds. Lightning Fire Dragon Slayer Magic from Fairy Tail is a confirmed Mythical-tier moveset. Shenron wishes are level-gated - players below level 1000 can only request a Requiem Arrow, while higher-level players unlock additional wish options.

Anime Rifts sits closest to Anime Adventures in the multi-anime RPG space, though Rifts uses fully randomized ability assignment rather than a gacha roster, making every session feel like a different build experiment.
