Anime Unlimited

Anime Unlimited, also known as AU:R (Anime Unlimited Reborn), is an anime PvP battlegrounds game on Roblox developed by the AU:R group where players choose iconic characters and fight in arena combat using distinct skill sets. Launched in June 2022, the game has accumulated over 56.8 million visits and 215K favorites, drawing its roster from Naruto, Dragon Ball, One Punch Man, Fate/Stay Night, and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - with Gilgamesh and Diavolo as the most recently added characters.

Combat is built around four character-specific Skills (keys 1-4), basic M1 combo strings, Block (F key) for defense, and Dash (Q key) for evasion. The session-defining moment is the Awakening (G key), a timed powered-up state unique to each character that changes or dramatically amplifies their moveset. Choosing the right moment to pop Awakening is the central skill gap between new and advanced players. Full controller support is included. The systems that drive every session are:

• ⚔️ Skills 1-4 - four character-specific abilities forming the foundation of every combo and burst sequence
• 💰 Cash - the primary PvP currency earned from matches, used to unlock new characters and upgrades
• 🎭 AFK World - a passive resource-earning mode for players who want to accumulate Cash without active combat
• 💎 Gems - a premium currency earned through matches and gameplay, used for exclusive cosmetic skins

The economy runs on Cash for roster building and Gems for cosmetics. The AFK World mode provides a meaningful alternative for players who prefer passive farming. One historically notable event: the THANKSTORIYAMA! code released in March 2024 honored the passing of Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama with an exclusive Angel Goku skin - one of the most culturally significant code moments in the Roblox anime space.

Anime Unlimited competes in the same arena as Anime Ultimate Battlegrounds and other Roblox battlegrounds titles, standing out through a wider franchise roster and the AFK World passive play mode.
