Bathroom Attack is a Skibidi Toilet-themed PvE wave survival shooter by Game Geek Studio, launched in June 2023. Players select a character with a unique special ability, pick up weapons from the map, and fight through escalating waves of toilet and camera-headed enemies drawn from the viral Skibidi Toilet YouTube series. With 520.6 million visits, 4.17 million favorites, and 1,000+ concurrent players, it is the largest Skibidi Toilet game on Roblox by most metrics. The 93.1% upvote ratio and a weekly Saturday update cadence reflect an engaged and growing audience. The game was also a featured partner in Roblox: The Hatch 2025 platform event.

The core experience is a cooperative wave-survival shooter:
