Brace

Brace is a build-and-race party game on Roblox developed by HALFDICE, inspired by Ultimate Chicken Horse and Make Way. Players collaboratively design the track before each race by placing pieces from a randomly offered selection, then immediately race the chaos they collectively built. Launched in June 2024, the game has reached 24.1 million visits and 102,000 favorites with active development through April 2026. A dedicated Fandom wiki at brace.fandom.com has 201 pages. Servers hold 12 players.

Each round alternates between a building phase and a racing phase, with the track growing more treacherous as players add pieces designed to help themselves while hindering opponents:

• 🗺️ Track building - each player places one piece from a random selection; 40+ piece types include Springboards, Oil Barrels, Ice Barrels, Walls, Loops, Narrow Bridges, Phantom Tiles, and Halfpipes
• 🚗 Racing - all players drive through the completed track simultaneously; vehicle physics plus obstacle placement creates unique chaotic races every round
• 🚗 Vehicles - all vehicles move at the same speed (cosmetic-only); the shop includes permanent vehicles (Impala free, CRX, Folk'sWagon T1, Furd Bronco, Silverado) and rotating Daily vehicles (Tank, Banana Car, Patty Wagon, Hand Car)
• 💰 Currencies - Money (primary, from race results, spent on Regular vehicles), Gems (secondary, for Daily vehicles), Keys (for opening Crates containing Wraps), and seasonal Candy (Halloween HotRod costs 50 Candy)
• 💎 Wraps - vehicle cosmetic skins obtainable from Crates (opened with Keys) and from codes; Pride Wraps were distributed through the Pride code
• 🏆 Badge achievements - 19 badges track specific race outcomes like Sniped (won despite being targeted), Self-Sabotage (placed a piece that hurt yourself), Space Program (launched far by a Springboard), and Last Laugh (won when expected to lose)

Two gamepasses provide legacy vehicle collections: Classic Vehicle Pack and Legacy Vehicle Pack. A separate Track Builder sub-place allows structured track design outside of competitive racing.
