Build Hide Seek

Build Hide Seek is a creative hide-and-seek game on Roblox developed by the Build Hide Seek group, released July 2025, where players construct their own hiding spots using a block building system before the seek phase begins. With 16.1M+ visits in under a year and 300-800 concurrent players, it has found steady traction in the party and casual genre. Servers hold up to 12 players, keeping rounds personal and competitive. The game updates frequently - multiple times per month in late 2025 and into 2026.

Each round runs in two phases - the build phase lets all players except the designated seeker construct structures and hiding spots, while the seek phase tasks the seeker with finding everyone before time runs out. Players earn coins for successfully hiding or finding others, then spend them through the in-game vendor NPC:

• 🏠 Build phase - all non-seeker players place blocks to construct hiding structures before the seek phase starts; the build phase was extended by 30 seconds in the November 2025 update
• 🎭 Seek phase - one randomly chosen player hunts for all hiders; Roblox Premium subscribers earn double coins when finding players as the seeker
• 🏠 Block variety - Japan Chest blocks, Desert blocks, Nature blocks, Christmas blocks, and Slope blocks available, with some free and others locked behind gamepasses
• ⚔️ Traps - web traps and landmine traps can be placed by hiders to passively delay seekers from reaching their spot
• 💰 Dollar Plant Block - a special block that can be harvested daily for passive coin income without needing to win rounds
• 🎭 Lava gamemode - a variant mode where the floor becomes lethal, added November 2025, forcing hiders to build off the ground

Coins are the primary currency earned by hiding and finding, spent at the vendor NPC on new block types and cosmetic upgrades. The 9 available gamepasses cover combat tools (LASER, ROCKET, SUPER ROCKET), vertical building (BUILD HIGHER), and mobility (FLYING CARPET). Troll mechanics and a spectate mode added in November 2025 add social chaos between standard rounds.

Build Hide Seek combines the creative freedom of building games with the tension of hide-and-seek, similar in spirit to Build & Escape from Brainrot but without a win condition - rounds cycle continuously, rewarding consistent play over individual escapes.
