Button Simulator Mania is an incremental hybrid on Roblox developed by Ghoulax Studio's, combining button simulator mechanics with RPG-style world progression, Reincarnation prestige loops, artifact and rune collection, and a dungeon mode. Launched in February 2024, it has reached over 2.42 million visits with a 91.4% approval rating and maintains 38 active codes - one of the highest active code counts of any game in its genre.

The game uses stepping on Buttons to earn Tokens and Gems, then reinvests those currencies into upgrades that increase how much each button press yields. Artifacts and Runes stack passive bonuses on top of raw upgrade numbers, while the Reincarnation system resets progress in exchange for permanent multipliers that make each new run faster than the last. Worlds provide structured progression goals across a 12-zone ladder:
