Clover Retribution is a Black Clover anime-inspired action RPG on Roblox developed by the verified Clover Retribution group where players roll for a magic type from 18 distinct affinities, build Mastery through combat, and compete in PvP across an open-world Clover Kingdom map. Launched in February 2023 and updated as recently as April 22, 2026, it has 63.2 million visits and 287K favorites with 500 to 3,000 concurrent players daily and a 93.1% approval rating.

Three randomized systems define each character before meaningful play begins - Grimoire magic type, Race with passive stat buffs, and Traits that modify combat behavior. Players then grind Mastery by fighting to unlock spells:

The 18 magic affinities include Fire, Water, Dark, Light, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Ice, Steel, Spatial, Gravity, Sand, Lava, Ash, Blood, Bone, Shadow, and Time magic. Rare affinities unlock exclusive high-power abilities. The Pity Upgrade gamepass (950 R$) guarantees a rare magic type after a set number of unsuccessful Spins.
