Color Block Race is the official racing spin-off of Color Block on Roblox, developed by BabiStudio and launched in September 2022. The format adds a race-to-the-finish layer on top of the classic color-matching mechanic: players must first stand on the tile matching the displayed color before the timer expires, then race to the finish line with the first player across winning the round. With over 180 million visits and 103.5K favorites, it attracted a large portion of the Color Block audience seeking a more competitive format before entering a low-maintenance phase after its February 2024 last update.

Rounds create a two-phase challenge with speed determining both survival and victory:

• ⚔️ Color check - a target color is shown and players sprint to the matching block; standing on the wrong color or falling off eliminates you from the round
• 🏆 Race to the finish - surviving players immediately race to the end of the stage; the first to cross wins
• 🚗 Premium speed - Roblox Premium subscribers receive a passive +10% Walkspeed bonus, a meaningful edge in a game decided by movement margins
• 💰 Win tracking - Wins are the only progression metric, tracked on a leaderboard and awarded directly by codes without needing to win rounds
• 🗺️ Minimal setup - no currencies, shops, or cosmetic systems; every round is pure color-reaction and speed competition

Color Block Race has released only 4 total codes in its history, all tied to community likes milestones. The active code dropped at 32,000 likes, with a 38,000-likes code announced but not yet triggered as of April 2026.
