Crewmates!

Crewmates! is a social deduction game on Roblox by Lionly Studios, built around the Among Us format and released in November 2020 during the peak of Among Us's cultural moment. Players are secretly assigned as Crewmates or Impostors aboard a spaceship; Crewmates complete task minigames while identifying hidden Impostors, who must eliminate Crewmates and avoid being voted out. The game accumulated over 833 million visits and 1.05 million favorites before activity faded as the Among Us wave receded.

The core deduction loop runs on tight 10-player servers:

• 🎭 Play as a Crewmate - complete assigned task minigames at map stations while observing others for suspicious behavior and voting in emergency meetings
• 🎭 Play as the Impostor - eliminate Crewmates without being caught, use vents to move between areas quickly, and maintain a believable alibi during discussions
• ⚔️ Call emergency meetings - report bodies or hit the meeting button to convene all living players for a discussion and vote; majority vote ejects the selected player
• 🏠 Customize your look - the MiniCrew Hat cosmetic matches your crew color, and the Pets pass adds companions to your character

Win conditions differ by role: Crewmates win by completing all tasks or voting off every Impostor, while Impostors win by outnumbering the surviving Crewmates. The 68 million Crewmate win badges and 67 million Impostor win badges awarded confirm the scale of the game's historical reach.

Crewmates! is now in a low-maintenance state, with Lionly Studios redirecting players to their new game Invader. The game remains accessible as a historical record of Roblox's Among Us era, and its cosmetics-only gamepass structure means there is no ongoing economy to maintain.
