About CVR
CVR is one of the most mechanically authentic volleyball games on Roblox, built by the bolleyvall group in partnership with Certified Studios. Rather than arcade-style controls, CVR emphasizes realistic serve, receive, set, and spike mechanics, creating a steeper learning curve in exchange for deeper competitive play. With a 94.4% approval rating across 9,200 votes and 4.5 million visits, the game has earned a strong niche following among players who value sports depth over casual accessibility.
The game is structured around skill expression and competitive advancement:
- π Ranked Mode - a dedicated competitive matchmaking place separate from casual courts
- π Beach Court - an alternative beach volleyball environment for casual matches
- π Mythical builds - rare character build tiers marked by exclusive badge achievements
- π Slot system - customizable character attribute positions that define your playing style; additional slots unlocked via gamepasses
- π Hidden badges - easter egg series requiring exploration or specific actions to discover
The slot system is the primary character progression mechanic. Players start with a base slot count and can expand to Slot Four, Five, or Six via dedicated gamepasses (349-399 R$), unlocking more customization options for build variety.
CVR was actively developed from May to November 2025, during which the team released 41 codes at a high cadence. Development has since slowed with no active codes at this time. A DevForum post at devforum.roblox.com provides additional technical information about the game.
