Defender's Depot Classic Tower Defense

Defender's Depot Classic Tower Defense is a base-building wave defense game on Roblox by I_eif (Stouts Studio) where players construct elaborate fortifications and defend against escalating enemy waves using turrets, walls, traps, and volcanoes. Released in March 2020, it has surpassed 101 million visits and remains a well-regarded entry in the tower defense genre.

Unlike most tower defense games, Defender's Depot uses free placement - defenses can be built anywhere on the map, letting players design their own chokepoints and overlapping fields of fire:

• ⚔️ Turrets - primary ranged damage dealers placed at custom angles
• 💎 Volcanoes - area denial for clustered enemy groups

Up to 6 players build cooperatively on the same base, enabling role division. Coins are the primary build currency; cosmetic skins add a secondary progression path.

The developer has since released Defender's Depot 2 as the active sequel - the classic is now in legacy maintenance mode with no major content updates planned. For new players to the franchise, the sequel is the recommended starting point.
