Field of Battle

Field of Battle is a medieval fantasy team combat game on Roblox by solo developer rcouret created in February 2014 - one of the oldest continuously maintained games on the platform with 69 million visits and 12 years of unbroken solo development.

Two factions, Humans and Orcs, clash on a battlefield alongside AI NPC soldiers. The round ends when one team kills the enemy General, a near-unkillable commander protected by the strongest units:

• ⚔️ Seven playable classes include Fighter (free), Archer, Mage, Assassin, Barbarian, Guardian, and Paladin
• ⚔️ Bosses are summoned using Points earned over time - five Human bosses and seven Orc bosses can be called
• 💎 The Demon has a 1-in-7 chance to spawn after a round ends, attacking all factions equally and dropping a legendary gem
• 🏆 The King role gives priority to Royalty gamepass holders and grants control over boss timing each round
• 💎 Forge gear through multiple armor tiers from Leather up to Eternal Inferno, unlocking better equipment as you level

Character levels unlock better gear and track progression through badge milestones at levels 5, 10, 15, and 20. The Points system rewards sustained play and coordinated teamwork with boss-summoning power.
