Friendship Island

Friendship Island is a social elimination game on Roblox by Prince Games! (princeelf and donavanbird) inspired by reality TV survival formats like Survivor and Big Brother. Players pair into best-friend duos, compete in minigame challenges to earn Hearts, and vote to eliminate the least popular pair each round. Launched in June 2025, it has grown to 35 million visits with a 94.1% approval rating - exceptional for a game in its first year.

The 50-player server is unusually large and central to the social design - enough players for meaningful alliance formation, diplomacy, and drama. Each session follows a structured arc: pair up, compete, survive the vote:

• 🎭 Pair with a best friend at the start of each session by standing on a designated circle
• ⚔️ Compete in minigame challenges where winning pairs earn Hearts - the primary advantage currency
• 🎭 Vote each round on which pair was the least popular - the pair with fewest votes is eliminated
• 💰 Spend Hearts on Confessionals (private strategy sessions), boombox music, and other social mechanics
• 🏆 Classic Mode: elimination rounds with a grand prize for the last surviving pair

Social Mode offers a more casual day/night phase structure without hard final elimination. Classic Mode is the competitive path where every vote is survival stakes. The Unlimited Confessionals pass (599 Robux) allows up to 2 confessionals per round in Classic or per day/night in Social without spending Hearts each time.

Prince Games! has demonstrated transparency with the community, including a 100-Heart compensation reward for a development delay - a gesture that built trust early in the game's lifespan.
