Grow a Business Codes

To redeem codes in Grow a Business, click the gear-shaped Settings button on the left side of the screen, just below the Shop button. A settings panel opens with a text field. Type your code into the field and click the green Claim button to collect the reward. Codes are case-sensitive.

Codes reward Cash and occasional free reward bundles. Cash rewards are most impactful early in the game when buying better employees can compound your passive income significantly. Some codes - including apology codes like "SorryForMigration!" - were released around update events and data migrations to compensate players for disruptions. The "Fusion!" code celebrated the launch of the Fusion mechanic that lets you combine employees into higher tiers.

New codes are announced in the game description on the Roblox page itself (the developer posts them directly), through the Design Wood Roblox group, and via the Design Wood community Discord server. Release timing is irregular and tied to updates and milestone events rather than a regular schedule.
