Hamster Simulator 2

Hamster Simulator 2 is an open-world exploration and collection game on Roblox developed by Hamster Multiverse, launched in May 2022. With 20.5M+ visits and 252K+ favorites, it has maintained consistent growth over four years of active development. The most recent major update - Sewers: Part 2 - released in March 2026, expanding the underground zone with deeper sections. The original Hamster Simulator also remains playable from the same developer.

Players choose to play as a hamster or cat, escape the starting cage, and explore a growing world map collecting food scattered across different environments. Collected food is deposited at the central Food Stash, converting to Coins and Gems that fund customization and quest rewards:

The round-trip loop - collect food, return to the Food Stash, deposit, upgrade - drives every session. Different food types across different zones vary in Coin and Gem value, incentivizing exploration of all areas rather than farming one spot. The Sewers zone is the most atmospheric area, and Sewers: Part 2 extends it into deeper underground sections.

Codes are redeemed through the Shop Tab in the main UI - notably different from the dedicated codes button found in most Roblox games. A new code is expected at 6,000 likes based on the developer's announcement in the game description.
