HEROES: Infinite Battlegrounds is the original 2013 Marvel-inspired Roblox game by solo developer Dubem101, now officially designated a legacy experience. Players transform into Marvel characters - Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, and more - via in-world terminals and explore an open-world Marvel universe with combat and roleplay elements. With 66 million lifetime visits across its 12+ year lifespan, it stands as one of Roblox's earliest and most visited superhero games.

The gameplay is an open-world roleplay and fighting hybrid, centered on transforming into heroes and exploring freely rather than structured competitive combat:
