About Hooked!

What the game is about and where to play it

Hooked! is a team-versus-team PvP arena game on Roblox by World Tier 1 Game where every player's only weapon is a grappling hook. Two five-player teams face off in compact arenas - throw the hook to ragdoll enemies, drag them into spike walls and pits, or set up guaranteed eliminations for teammates. Launched in February 2026, the game reached over 85 million visits and 1.3 million favorites within weeks of release, one of the fastest-growing Roblox titles of early 2026.

The depth that comes from one mechanic is what makes Hooked! stand out. Pressing F throws the hook - on contact it ragdolls the target and pulls them toward you. The follow-up determines the outcome: strike the staggered enemy, drag them into a hazard, or fling them toward a teammate for a confirmed kill. Base movement is intentionally slow, making the hook the primary mobility tool and ensuring every successful grapple matters:

  • βš”οΈ Ragdoll and drag enemies into spikes, pits, and edges for instant environmental kills
  • πŸ† Win matches to earn Gold and build out your Skill loadout across four rarity tiers
  • πŸ’Ž Twelve Skills ranging from Black Hole (Epic) to Bolt Dash (Rare) each define a different team role
  • πŸ—ΊοΈ Compact arenas reward map knowledge - knowing which walls dead-end and where pits are located is a mid-level differentiator
  • ⏳ Free Wheel Spins earned every 10 minutes of in-match playtime give additional crate rewards

Gold is the primary currency earned from match victories and codes. Regular Skill Crates cost 1,500 Gold each and reward random Skills from the pool. Premium Crates cost 250 Robux and offer better rarity odds, but all Skills are accessible through the Gold path. Separate modes include Duel, Free For All, and an AFK World social area alongside the main team arena.

Hooked! is one of the most watched new Roblox games of 2026, with an active Fandom wiki at hooked.fandom.com and a growing competitive community built around Skill loadout optimization.

What is Hooked?
Hooked! is a team PvP arena game on Roblox where every player's only weapon is a grappling hook. Two five-player teams fight to ragdoll, drag, and eliminate opponents in compact arenas filled with environmental hazards. It launched in February 2026 and has over 85 million visits.
Who made Hooked?
Hooked! was developed by the World Tier 1 Game group on Roblox. The game launched on February 2, 2026 and has received consistent updates and balance patches since release.
How does the grappling hook work in Hooked?
Press F to throw the hook. When it connects the target is ragdolled and pulled toward you. The key is the follow-up - strike them while staggered, drag them into a spike wall or pit for an instant kill, or fling them toward a teammate. Missing a throw leaves you briefly vulnerable.
What are Skills in Hooked?
Skills are equippable abilities obtained from Skill Crates. There are 12 Skills across four rarity tiers and you equip one per match. Top-tier Skills include Black Hole (Epic, vacuums enemies together), Bolt Dash (Rare, rapid low-cooldown dash), and Heal (Rare, restores team health).
How do you earn Gold in Hooked?
Gold is earned from match victories and through codes. It is spent on Regular Skill Crates (1,500 Gold each) and cosmetics. Free Wheel Spins that award crates are earned every 10 minutes of in-match playtime and do not require Gold.
