To earn this badge, travel to the Fishing Shop located at the top of the mountain and purchase a fishing rod. Once you have obtained your rod, proceed to any available fishing spot, cast your line into the water, and successfully catch a Tuna. Upon catching one, this badge will be awarded to you.
