Kayak and Surf

Kayak and Surf is a casual exploration-and-collection simulator by Climb and Banana Studio, launched in September 2025 and already at 99 million+ visits with 1K-4K concurrent players. Players paddle kayaks up scenic real-world-inspired waterways, reach mountain summits, and ride back down collecting Coins along the entire route.

Five themed worlds - each modeled after a real global location - give the game its travel-postcard identity:

• 🗺️ Paddle through Tutea Falls (tropical waterfall), Bergen Village (Scandinavian fjord), Snow World (alpine mountain), Inferno Valley (volcanic terrain), and Bali (Southeast Asian tropical island)
• 💎 Hatch Pets from Spins and Seasonal Eggs - tiered by rarity, tradeable between players, and providing passive coin, speed, and luck multipliers
• ⏳ A seasonal content model (currently Season 3, launched February 2026) rotates new kayaks, pets, and limited-time events every few months
• 🚗 Unlock progressively faster kayaks with better Coin multipliers using accumulated Coins from runs
• 💰 Daily login rewards and playtime bonuses create persistent retention hooks beyond the core kayaking loop

Spins are the primary RNG mechanic for pet collection and one of the most common code rewards. Season Pass Chests provide seasonal cosmetics and progression items tied to each content rotation. Codes are case-insensitive and several have been listed directly in the Roblox game description for easy discovery on first launch - an unusually player-friendly onboarding approach.
