How to redeem codes

Click the Social button on the left side of the screen, type your code into the "Enter code here!" box, and press Enter to claim the reward. Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown. If a code fails to register, try switching to a fresh server and entering it again - stale servers sometimes block redemption.

How do I redeem codes in Loot Up?

Click the Social button on the left side of the screen, type your code into the entry box, and press Enter. Codes are case-sensitive. If a code fails, restart the game and try on a fresh server.

Why isn't my Loot Up code working?

The code may have expired, been typed with incorrect capitalization, or already been redeemed on your account. Stale servers can also block redemption - restart the game and join a new server if you are sure the code is still active.
