About Michael's Zombies
Michael's Zombies is a wave-based co-op zombie survival shooter on Roblox by MZ Community inspired directly by the Call of Duty Zombies mode. Players survive increasingly difficult rounds of zombie attacks across multiple themed maps, purchase weapons and perks with in-round currency, and hunt for hidden easter eggs and map secrets. With 220 million visits, 1.1 million favorites, and a 91.9% approval rating, it is among the best-reviewed zombie survival games on the platform.
The lore premise frames Michael as a villain who has trapped players inside his personal zombie pocket dimension. The co-op structure supports up to 50 players per server, though smaller group play typically makes for tighter coordination:
- βοΈ Survive endless zombie waves that increase in difficulty each round, fighting solo or with up to 50 players
- π Earn in-round currency from kills and spend it on wall-buy weapons, perk machines, and ammo throughout each map
- πΊοΈ Discover hidden easter eggs and map secrets including stashes added in version 2.1.0
- β³ Return seasonally for the Hallows Eve event, which brings Halloween-themed map decorations to select maps
- βοΈ Equip new ammo attachments added in version 2.1.0 to customize your arsenal for different zombie types
Perks are purchased from vending-machine-style dispensers on each map and provide powerful combat bonuses - the PHD Crashout perk added in the Crash and Burn update grants explosive immunity and enables a destructive crouching slam attack mid-air. Private servers unlock all previously available event maps and grant admin commands, making them worthwhile for dedicated players who want access to the full map roster.
Michael's Zombies is the closest Roblox equivalent to Call of Duty Zombies, and players familiar with Project Lazarus or Dead Silence will find the round-based format and perk system immediately recognizable.
