Neighbors (+17) is the adult-rated variant of Neighbors, developed by West Corner and launched July 2023 - four months after the original. Requiring Roblox age verification, it delivers the same neighborhood hangout format with adult-oriented content filters relaxed for a mature community. With 77.1 million visits and 2,000 to 4,000 concurrent players, it is a substantial game in its own right.

The social experience is identical to the original in structure but different in character. Players drop into themed neighborhood worlds, meet others through spatial voice chat, and earn Credits passively at 1 per minute. Stats do not transfer from the main game - players start fresh and build independently:
