Obby Leader

Obby Leader is a player-versus-player creative obby game by Shift-Lock Studios where one player builds an obstacle course in real time while up to 11 others race to complete it. Since its September 2022 launch it has accumulated 82.7 million visits as one of the more original formats in the obby genre.

Each session divides players into two competing roles. The Leader controls a moving platform while purchasing obstacle pieces from an in-game shop to construct the course. Followers must keep pace with whatever is being built, completing each obstacle as it appears. Both sides earn points, creating a dynamic where the Leader wants to trap and followers want to push through:
