Pet Heroes

Pet Heroes is a pet collection and combat adventure game on Roblox developed by Polaris Studios where players hatch eggs, level pets through monster battles, and unlock five themed worlds by accumulating Gems. Released in June 2020, it has accumulated 85.7 million visits and 372K favorites with a 90.7% approval rating - a veteran title that earned its community through active exploration over pure idle clicking.

The core loop is driven by combat rather than clicking: equipped pets auto-fight monsters in each world, and Gems earned from kills are used to unlock the portal to the next zone. Each world costs 2,500 Gems to enter and has its own exclusive egg pool with pets unique to that area:

• 🗺️ Flying Islands - aerial-themed second world with sky-based pets
• 🗺️ Ocean Ruins - aquatic third world (also called Marine Ruins) with underwater pets

Secret Pets are hidden collectibles found only through in-world exploration rather than egg hatching, rewarding curious players with unique roster additions. Pet Cookies allow passive stat rerolling over time, giving older pets an upgrade path without requiring new hatches.

Rubies are the primary shop currency earned through gameplay and occasional events. Boosts - temporary speed and hatch luck multipliers - are especially useful when grinding toward a 2,500 Gem world portal unlock.
