Piggy: Classic

Piggy: Classic is an unofficial fan remake of the original Piggy Book 1 experience on Roblox by independent developer BarkByte, created to preserve the classic gameplay after the main Piggy evolved beyond its original format. Launched in February 2024 and still receiving updates as of April 2026, it sustains 800-1,500 concurrent players - a strong audience for a fan remake with no monetization.

The game faithfully recreates the Book 1 Piggy escape mechanics across the original chapter lineup:

• ⚔️ Escape maps as a survivor: find keys, items, and tools to unlock the exit before Piggy catches you
• ⚔️ Hunt as Piggy: use the bat to eliminate survivors before they escape
• 🗺️ Work through the original Book 1 chapters including House, Station, Gallery, Forest, School, Hospital, Metro, Carnival, City, Mall, and Outpost
• 🎭 Play with up to 6 players using the same Player, Bot, and Infection modes from the original
• 💎 Collect chapter completion badges tracking your progress through the recreated Book 1 story
• 🏠 Earn Piggy Coins through play at no cost - the developer charges nothing to avoid profiting from MiniToon's IP

Piggy Coins are entirely free in this version - BarkByte made a deliberate ethical decision not to sell them for Robux. A full recode is actively in development. The game uses the original Billy and Kraxicorde character models credited to TenuousFlea, matching the Book 1 aesthetic players remember.
