Possessor

Possessor is a social deduction horror game on Roblox developed by bonedry, with 50.4 million visits and 282,000 favorites since launching in September 2023 and currently running the "Of Crescents and Dreamscapes" content arc.

One player is secretly selected as the Possessor each round - a spirit that can inhabit and switch between other players' bodies, mimicking their chat patterns and movement to avoid detection. Survivors must read behavioral inconsistencies to identify who is possessed before it is too late:

• ⚔️ Buy Abilities from the Shop using Coins to scare and confuse other players
• 💎 Collect cosmetic Weapon Crates containing random skins to customize your arsenal

Coins are the primary currency, earned through rounds as both Possessor and Survivor, and spent on Abilities in the Shop. Any player - not just the Possessor - can purchase Abilities to add chaos that makes identification harder and enables bluffing from both sides. The game uses entirely non-copyright music, making it safe for content creators to record and stream without audio claims.
