(Legacy) Riot Police access

(This gamepass works the same as the new riot gamepass. There is no reason to buy the new riot gamepass if you own this one.) Crack down on those prisoners! This pass gives you a riot shield, the M4A1 assault rifle, and full kevlar armor (+40 health) as well as two hats for aesthetic (heh) purposes.
