Project Smash

Project Smash is a platform fighter on Roblox inspired by Nintendo's Super Smash Bros., developed by the Smash Series group and launched in October 2023. Players choose from a roster of 20+ fighters and battle to knock opponents off the stage or deplete their HP in fast-paced arena fights. It has surpassed 305 million visits and 421K favorites, establishing itself as one of the most polished platform fighters on the platform.

Each match combines basic attacks with each fighter's set of four unique abilities. Managing the triple-jump system and aerial directional attacks is the core skill ceiling:

• ⚔️ Look up and click mid-air to deliver an Uppercut that launches opponents skyward
• ⚔️ Look down and click to execute a Down Slam from aerial position
• ⚔️ Dash with Q for evasion and repositioning around the stage
• ⚔️ Block with F to reduce incoming damage and create punish windows
• 🏆 Dedicated Beginner, Pro, and Gamemodes servers for appropriate skill-level matchmaking
• 🏆 Duels server for 1v1 ranked play; Legacy server preserving the older version

Cash is the primary currency, earned from matches and spent on unlocking additional fighters, alternate skins, and ability reskins. Levels progress to a cap of 200 through match experience, unlocking cosmetics rather than combat advantages - keeping the game skill-focused. The Smash Series group also developed Smash Showdown as a companion title with additional modes.
