Players click to perform push-ups and build Strength, then enter the Battle Arena to challenge a growing roster of named NPC bosses and other players in competitive push-up contests.

The core loop is click-to-train and compete. Strength accumulates with every push-up, and sufficient Strength unlocks the next named boss in the sequence. Each boss marks a meaningful progression milestone through the difficulty ladder, and new stages are added daily:
