Quicksand is a physics sandbox simulation on Roblox developed by GrepyDevs. (GrepyPeps and pofyr), launched March 2025. Players interact with different liquid and sand physics simulations, explore secret locations, and experiment freely in an open sandbox environment. In under one year the game reached 18.4 million visits and nearly one million favorites - a conversion rate driven largely by short-form social media videos of the physics spectacle. The two-person development team signals updates by shutting down active servers: every shutdown is a new update.

The core experience is pure sandbox curiosity. Different liquid types have distinct physics behavior, and the quicksand mechanic - engulfing objects with immersion physics - is the headline spectacle. Players can alter the environment using gamepass tools or simply explore what the physics engine produces on its own:
