Allow Build Collisions

- Increases the item collision limits in build mode by 5x - Overlap furniture items - Overlap roofs and floors more freely Notes: - Doors and windows cannot be overlapped (at least at the moment) - Collisions will not be infinite, the game will still prevent you from placing an crazy amount of items on top of each other (this is to prevent lag!) - Does not work in other player's plots
