About Sorcerer Tower Defense
Sorcerer Tower Defense is the first Jujutsu Kaisen-inspired tower defense game on Roblox, built by Peanut Butter Entertainment (belzebub09 and EcomFriend22). Players summon and deploy characters drawn from the JJK anime - sorcerers, cursed spirits, and special grade entities - as towers to defend against waves of cursed enemies. Launched in June 2024, it has reached 130.8M+ visits and a 96.9% approval rating, making it the dominant JJK tower defense game on the platform.
The core loop centers on summoning units from rotating gacha banners using Gems or Coins, assembling a team of five to six characters, and placing them on tower spots across maps of increasing difficulty. Units span eight rarity tiers from Common up through Special Grade and Ascended Grade, with select units evolving into dramatically stronger Awakened forms. Each unit fills a distinct battlefield role:
- āļø DPS Units - single-target boss damage specialists
- š° Money Units - generate extra Coins mid-battle for upgrading other towers
- š Nightmare Mode - hard difficulty demanding a well-developed roster
- š Binding Vow System - apply permanent buffs to units using Cursed Scrolls, rerollable with Cursed Crystals
- ā³ Seasonal Events - Christmas, anniversary, and other limited events with exclusive units and currencies
Five game modes provide variety beyond the standard campaign: Normal (stage-based, entry tier), Nightmare (hard difficulty), Disaster Mode (9 stages across 3 Islands with boss fights), Endless Mode (infinite wave survival with 1,000+ Gem milestone rewards), and Casino Mode (permanent gambling mode using Casino Tokens).
With 61 active codes tracked at any given time and new codes releasing every one to two weeks, Sorcerer Tower Defense maintains one of the highest active code counts on Roblox. Codes typically grant 500-2,000 Gems or 1,000-2,000 Coins per code - Gems are the most valuable since a multi-summon costs 900 Gems.
