About Southwest Florida Beta
Southwest Florida is a vehicle-and-jobs roleplay simulation on Roblox set in a fictionalized version of the Bonita Springs coastal area. Developed by the Strigid group and launched in May 2020, it has accumulated over 760 million visits and typically draws 2K-5K concurrent players. The game is still labeled "Beta" despite years of active development, with a major Revamp overhaul currently in progress.
Players choose from multiple job tracks to earn Cash through shift stipends and interactive task bonuses. Each job has a promotion ladder that increases pay - FinTech's CEO position tops out at $2,500 per shift, while the Drivers' Club motorsports team is the newest addition tied to a dedicated kart racing track. Cash is the only in-game currency, and the primary goal is saving enough to purchase increasingly impressive vehicles from a large roster of cars, SUVs, trucks, motorcycles, and boats.
What sets Southwest Florida apart from Driving Empire and other Roblox driving games is its attention to vehicle mechanics. Players can choose between automatic, semi-automatic, and full manual transmission modes with clutch control. The game also features tuning options for suspension, engine mods, and wheel selection, with expanded customization planned for the Revamp update.
The Double Job Earnings gamepass doubles all job income for faster progression.
