CIA Agent Roleplay is a military espionage roleplay game on Roblox developed by the Central Intelligence Agency group where players join the CIA or opposing factions and play out structured scenarios inside a CIA base. Originally launched in September 2020, it has accumulated over 13 million visits and 233K favorites, making it one of the longer-running faction roleplay games on the platform.

The game is group-gated: to claim a CIA role you must first join the JOIN-CIA Roblox group, then enter the CIA Academy as a Trainee and complete initial training. Ranks advance through participation, with the 3rd rank milestone rewarding a free weapon - a meaningful early goal. Upper ranks let you host training sessions and command your own Division. The opposing factions create active tension across the 125-player servers:
