SQUID PROJECT

SQUID PROJECT is a large-scale Squid Game adaptation on Roblox developed by the Squid Project group and launched in December 2024. Built for 200 players per server - the largest capacity of any Roblox Squid Game game - it delivers the most epic-scale version of the elimination format on the platform. Despite being explicitly in early access, it has amassed over 120.6 million visits in roughly four months.

Players join massive 200-person lobbies and compete through the full Squid Game sequence spanning all three Netflix seasons. Controls give players more physical agency than most adaptations: F to Push other players and G to Taunt add competitive and social layers beyond the mini-games themselves. The game covers 11 mini-game modes drawn from Seasons 1, 2, and 3:

• 💎 Dalgona - carve a traced shape from sugar candy within the time limit without breaking it
• 🏆 Six-Legged Pentathlon - Season 2 multi-event race where six teams compete through five consecutive challenges

• 🍽️ Dinner - a mid-competition feast scene recreated as an in-game break between rounds, unique among Squid Game adaptations
• 🏆 Squid Game - the climactic finale played on the traditional squid-shaped arena

The Dinner mini-game is a notable creative addition - it recreates the banquet scene from between game rounds as an interactive in-game event, something no other major Roblox Squid Game adaptation includes. With 22 badges across four sub-places, completion achievements track every major mini-game and milestone. SQUID PROJECT operates a lean monetization model with just one gamepass despite 120M+ visits, keeping the focus on delivering faithful Squid Game content.
