Steal A Fish is a competitive fishing and base-defense simulator on Roblox developed by the MY FISH FRIEND group. Players buy fish from a river in front of their base, escort them home to fill base slots and generate passive Cash, then defend their collection against other players who can steal fish in transit or raid settled slots. The core tension is entirely PvP - every player on the server is simultaneously earning income and raiding everyone else. With over 416 million visits and a 96.2% approval rating, it is one of the most popular and best-received fishing-adjacent games on Roblox.

Each fish displays its purchase cost and its Cash-per-second income rate. After buying a fish it walks slowly toward your base. A fish that reaches an empty slot and settles in generates Cash automatically and is harder to steal than one still in transit. The rarity system spans 13 tiers from Common all the way to Secret:

Defense is active rather than passive. Forgetting to reactivate your Forcefield is the most common way players lose their rarest fish to aggressive raiders. Multiple rebirths are required to compete at the top of the server, and each rebirth unlocks weapons not available through normal play.
