Stop the Zombie Plants is a Plants vs Zombies-inspired tower defense tycoon on Roblox developed by Brainrot vs Garden, launched in September 2025. Players defend their garden against waves of Zomplants - zombie plant hybrids - by placing a line of Brainrot characters: internet meme creatures drawn from the viral Italian Brainrot trend of 2025. With around 250K favorites from 7.5 million visits, it carries one of the most impressive retention ratios in the Roblox tower defense category.

The gameplay loop starts when Zomplants begin their assault on the garden. Defeating them drops seeds that are planted to generate a steady money income. That income funds the purchase of more Brainrot defenders, creating a resource cycle that rewards efficient placement and early seed farming. As waves escalate in difficulty across multiple worlds, players need to optimize their defense line and prioritize which units to upgrade.

Units tier up to a Mythical classification called MYTH, representing the strongest Brainrot or Plant characters in the game. Unlocking MYTH-tier units is the primary endgame goal. The egg system adds a gacha layer: special eggs hatch into specific named Brainrot characters, including Tralalero Tralala and Cappuccino Assassino - two Italian Brainrot meme figures that are recognizable to the game's target audience and serve as premium defenders.
