Strength Incremental is a Roblox lifting and battle simulator developed by Even Better CCU Games, launched in June 2024. Originally titled Gym Training Simulator, the game has players train to gain Strength, challenge rivals to Lift Battles, collect pets from themed island eggs, and escape through 10 distinct worlds. With a 98.3% approval rating from over 32,000 votes and nearly 200,000 favorites against 3.8 million visits, it is one of the most beloved smaller simulators on the platform.

The core loop combines solo grinding with player-versus-player competition. Click and train to accumulate Strength, use that Strength to beat Lift Battle challenges against other players and earn Wins, then spend resources on pets and push toward the Strength threshold needed to escape each island. The game's 10 islands - from Beach Island and Cyber Island to Mythical Island and Volcano Island - each feature their own themed eggs and escalating rewards. Escaping an island is the primary mid-game milestone and each escape badge marks concrete progress:

Strength Incremental sits in the same genre as other Roblox lifting simulators but its PvP Lift Battle system and multi-island world structure give it more mechanical variety than most pure idle grinders.
