Subway Mayhem is a fast-paced action battleground game on Roblox where players fight to survive on chaotic subway station maps, knocking opponents into active train tracks, giant fans, and environmental hazards to eliminate them. Developed by daluest Studios and launched in January 2025, the game grew to 28 million+ visits in just over a year with 50-150 concurrent players.

The core gameplay revolves around round-based combat on hazard-filled maps. Players vote on which map to play at the start of each round, then battle to be the last one standing. The defining mechanic is knockback - rather than simply depleting health bars, players launch opponents into environmental hazards like oncoming subway trains and industrial fans for instant kills. Positioning and spatial awareness are just as important as weapon skill.

Players earn Credits by playing matches and securing kills, then spend them in the shop on weapons and emotes. The weapon roster includes standard combat tools alongside tactical options like C4 explosives and the Bear Trap for area denial. Premium Roblox subscribers receive a 1.5x Credits multiplier on all earnings, and joining the daluest Studios group grants a 500-coin startup bonus.
