About Swim League
Swim League is a swimming-themed clicker-simulator on Roblox where players click through muscle-group training exercises to build Power, then enter competitive swim races to earn Dollars and Gems. Launched in 2024, it grew to over 132 million visits by blending the gym-simulator grinding formula with a direct competitive outlet in the form of races - something that separates it from pure clicker titles.
The training loop targets specific muscle groups - arms, legs, core, and others - each contributing to your overall Power stat. Higher Power translates directly to faster race times and better finish positions, which in turn produces more income per race. This creates a clear feedback loop: training more consistently means stronger race earnings, which funds faster training upgrades.
Trainers are the primary passive multiplier - hired NPCs that boost Power growth continuously without active clicking. Each trainer slot adds to your total multiplier, and Trainers are purchased with Gems, making Gems the priority currency. Pets provide flat income multipliers for both Dollars and Gems earned. Power Potions give temporary spikes to training gains, most valuable when you are near a Power threshold that unlocks a higher-tier race competition with better rewards.
The developer runs periodic 2X events - signaled by the "[2X] Swim League" title - that double all earnings for a limited window. These are the best times to push race grinding for maximum Gems.
