Ultimate Anime Simulator is an incremental idle squad simulator on Roblox developed by Open RBX, launched in October 2022. Players collect heroes from popular anime franchises - Naruto, One Piece, Demon Slayer, and more - then deploy their squad to explore islands, fight enemies automatically, and farm resources. With 65.8 million+ visits and over 3 years of continuous operation, it's one of the more enduring anime simulators on the platform.

The collection mechanic is driven by Gems, the premium currency used for gacha-style hero pulls. Each pull has a chance to produce a hero anywhere from Common to Mythical rarity, with iconic characters like Luffy, Zoro, Tanjiro, Naruto, and Sasuke among the most sought-after pulls. Mythical tier heroes are significantly stronger than lower tiers and substantially harder to obtain. Once you have a hero, they can be leveled up individually using Coins (the standard currency earned from combat), increasing their stats and unlocking abilities.

Your deployed Squad fights automatically on whichever island you've assigned them to, generating Coins and EXP while you're active or away. Island progression gates new content behind squad power - you need stronger heroes to push into higher-level areas like Pirate Island, Winter Town, and Ninja Village. The idle-friendly design means you can log in, collect resources, upgrade heroes, roll for new ones, and log out, making it accessible for players who don't want to grind actively.

Gems are the primary bottleneck for hero progression - each gacha pull costs Gems and gives a random hero, so building up a Gem reserve is the main way to unlock powerful heroes without hours of passive farming.
