Unboxing Simulator

Unboxing Simulator is a loot box progression game on Roblox where players smash crates and boxes to collect Hats, then use those hats to boost damage and unlock access to further areas and rarer loot. Developed and actively updated into 2025, it has built a trading-focused community around its expanding inventory of hats, pets, and cosmetic gear.

The progression loop moves in clear phases: open boxes to collect hats, equip stronger hats to deal more damage, use that damage to smash bigger boxes, and unlock new Worlds as your power grows. Reaching Area 3 unlocks the Pet system - pets provide passive bonuses that improve your hat-finding efficiency. A Trade Plaza lets players exchange items freely, creating a secondary economy for rare hats and legacy items. Perks add a build layer: some perks spawn additional boxes, others auto-smash or upgrade boxes for you, and stacking the right combination can dramatically speed up grinding.

A Locked Crate spawns every 15 minutes as a server-wide event that rewards random high-value loot including Potions and rare Perks - worth coordinating with other players to crack open. Bigger gift boxes drop rarer loot overall, making multiplayer runs more efficient than solo grinding.
