Wings of Glory

Wings of Glory is one of Roblox's premier combat flight simulation games, developed by Nextrium Interactive since January 2016. Players pilot over 150 aircraft spanning the full arc of aerial combat history - from biplane-era World War II fighters through Cold War jets to modern supersonic multirole aircraft - across scenic dogfight maps. The game won the AviAwards 2024 Best Game award and supports 15+ languages, reflecting a genuinely international player base. With 95.8 million visits, 480K favorites, and 100-400 concurrent players, it is the top aviation game on Roblox by sustained engagement nearly a decade after launch.

Matches place up to 50 players per server in aerial combat across maps with varying terrain and visibility. Players select from their unlocked hangar, enter a match, and engage in dogfights - pursuing targets, maneuvering for position, and firing weapons. The 150+ aircraft are organized across four historical eras, each with distinct handling, speed, and armament characteristics:

• ⚔️ Early WW2 - propeller fighters with lower speeds and classic handling
• ⚔️ Late WW2 - advanced piston engines and the first jet aircraft
• ⚔️ Cold War - subsonic and early supersonic jets with more complex flight models

Three currencies track progression. XP is earned from combat and levels up your account. Coins are earned through gameplay and codes, used to purchase aircraft and upgrades. Tactical Medals are a specialized currency from codes and gameplay used for specific upgrade paths. Roblox Premium gives a +50% XP and Coins bonus per session. Several high-tier aircraft - including the Su-30SM Flanker-H, F/A-18C, and F-14A - are gated behind individual gamepasses, reflecting deep monetization for aviation enthusiasts who want specific legendary aircraft.

Code rewards have included both Tactical Medals and Coins across a history of 39 total codes - update milestone codes (9.8_UPDATE, 9.4_UPDATE), annual Christmas codes going back to 2020, YouTuber partnership codes, and the AVIAWARDS.BESTGAME recognition code. Version 9.8 is the current build as of March 2026, with an update in April 2026 confirming Nextrium Interactive is actively maintaining the game.
