Work at BurgerBlox FastFood is a social restaurant roleplay game on Roblox where players choose to be a Customer ordering meals or a Staff member preparing and serving food at a fictional fast food chain. Developed by the BurgerBlox Fast Food group and launched in January 2021, the game has over 16 million visits and regularly draws between 50 and 150 concurrent players. It supports up to 50 players per server - large enough for realistic restaurant scenes with multiple staff roles running simultaneously.

The gameplay is fundamentally social rather than mechanical. Customers browse the menu, place orders at the counter, and can optionally tip staff for good service. Staff members take orders, prepare food at the correct stations, and deliver meals while following group behavioral rules enforced by Supervisors and managers during scheduled events called shifts. The harder you work, the more Coins you earn:

New staff must fill out a job application in a separate application game, attend training sessions at the Training Center, and participate in scheduled group shifts hosted by HR and management. Higher-ranked staff oversee operations, creating a layered organizational roleplay that distinguishes BurgerBlox from simpler restaurant games.

Coins are the in-game currency earned through tips and working. The BurgerBlox Fast Food Discord server is the primary hub for shift announcements and community coordination. Seasonal events add content throughout the year - the Halloween 2025 update added a Pumpkin Launcher cosmetic and a holiday badge, confirming the game runs annual event programming.
